I. General information, contact, definitions.

Seller - an individual running business activity under the name Nevrboard Anna Palka
Customer - every individual or entity purchasing goods in the Store.
Store - online store operated by the Seller at: nevrboard.com
Terms and Conditions - the terms and conditions of the Store.
Order - declaration of intent placed by the Customer through the Order Form, leading directly to the conclusion of the Product(s) Sales Agreement between the Customer and the Seller.
Account - Customer’s account in the Store, which contains data provided by the Customer and information about the Orders placed by the Customer with the Store.
Basket - the component of the Store’s application, where Products selected by the Customer to be purchased are displayed, and where the Customer can modify the Order details.
Product - a movable object available for purchase in the Store, that is the subject of the Sales Agreement between the Customer and the Seller.
Sales Agreement - a sales agreement of the Product concluded between the Customer and the Seller via the online Store.
II. Rules of operating Nevrboard online store.
Nevrvboard sells goods as the organized online Store via the Internet. Customers can place orders with the online Store Nevrvboard 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
III. Ordering goods and payment.
Orders shall be placed through the order form available at: nevrboard.com
The order can be placed by an adult, a legal person, an entity which does not have legal personality or an individual running business activity.
The goods in the online store are specifically identified. The characteristics of the Products, their prices, materials they are made from etc. are provided on the website.
When ordering the Product, the Customer selects it, in a way specific to a given Product, identifying in particular the size, and when necessary, providing also other specific information and the number of items ordered.
Once a Product is selected, the Customer should click the “Add to Basket” icon.
The Product is added to the Basket which is visible after clicking the basket icon in the menu tab on the top of the page. You can access the basket by clicking the “Go to Checkout” button which opens the page displaying all the Products in the Basket.
Then, the Customers should enter the data necessary for the completion the transaction and shipment of the goods ordered. The Customer shall place the order by clicking the “Purchase” button.

2. Online Payment via the external payment system PayPal
At any stage of the order placement process, until the payment is made, the Order can be cancelled by not continuing with the further steps and leaving the order placement subpage. The Order which has not been completed by the Customer shall not be processed.
Once the Order is placed, an e-mail with order confirmation shall be promptly sent to the e-mail address provided by the Customer in the login data. The message shall contain the individual order number which allows, among others, to check the Order status.
Nevrvboard can contact the Customer through the e-mail address provided by the Customer or over the phone under the telephone number provided by the Customer, in order to clarify doubts, confirm the Order placement or in regards to other matters related to the execution of the order.
For credit card payments, the execution of the Order shall begin once the payment is authorized. For PayU payments the execution of the order shall begin after the order placement confirmation has been sent to the Customer and after Nevrboard receives the information about the payment made by the Customer from the PayU system.
In the absence of payment within 10 days from the date of the Order placement, the Order shall be cancelled.
All prices displayed on the website in EURO are inclusive of VAT.
The delivery cost should be added to the Product price. The delivery cost depends on the selected delivery and payment method.
The prices specified on the website upon placing an order by the Customer shall be final and binding. Once the order is placed, the prices of the goods ordered shall not change, regardless of changes in prices, promotion or sales campaigns introduced by Nevrvboard.
Nevrboard reserves the right to change the prices of the goods offered in the online Store, introduce new products for sale, run and cancel promotion campaigns on the website or modify them subject to the provisions of the Civil Code and other applicable laws.
V. Availability of goods ordered.
All goods sold in the online Store are available goods.
In exceptional cases, for example, when many Customers place their orders for the same Product, this Product may be unavailable. In this event, the Customer shall be informed that the Order cannot be executed.
VI. Inability to execute the order.
In the absence of the given Product in stock or inability to execute the order for other reasons, the Customer shall be informed vie e-mail or over the phone about the problems with executing the Order and about the possible solutions.
VII. Delivery method and order execution time.
The goods ordered shall be sent via Poczta Polska (registered priority letter) or the following courier companies: InPost, DPD.
The costs of shipment shall be borne by the Customer.
The cost of shipment depends on the chosen delivery method and amounts up to:
- DPD courier service - €15 (including VAT)
The orders shall be executed within 5 working days. This is the time since the reception of the order until the Product is dispatched. The date of delivery is the time of the order execution + the time of delivery.
In case of payments via money transfer this time is extended by the time of the execution of the payment.
For credit card payments, the execution of the Order shall begin once the payment is authorized.
VIII. Sales Agreement.
Information provided on the Store’s website nevrboard.com shall not constitute an offer to enter into agreement under the provisions of the Civil Code.
The conclusion of the Sales Agreement between the Customer and the Seller shall take place once the Customer has placed the Order in the online Store by submitting the order form (section 3).
IX. The right to withdraw from the Agreement.
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the Sales Agreement within 30 days without providing any reason, except where the subject of the Agreement is a nonprefabricated good(s), made to the Customer’s specifications or which is/are personalized (customized) product(s).
In order to exercise the right to withdraw from the Agreement, the Customer should notify Nevrboard of the decision to withdraw from the Sales Agreement by submitting a clearly worded statement (for example, a declaration sent via post or e-mail) no longer than 30 days from the date of the receipt of the good(s). The Customer shall send back or return the returned Products as soon as possible.
The withdrawal from the Sales Agreement can be done by means of Return Form (available on the Nevrboard website) which can be printed and included with the returned Product.
In case of the withdrawal from the Sales Agreement, Nevrboard shall immediately reimburse the Customer all the received payments, including shipment costs (except additional costs resulting from the delivery method selected by the Customer, other than the least expenses standard delivery method offered by Nevrboard), and in each case not later than within 14 days from the day on which the Seller is informed of the Consumer’s decision to withdraw from the Sales Agreement.
The reimbursement shall be made by means of the same payment methods as used by the Customer in the initial transaction, unless the Customer has expressly agreed otherwise or in case of cash on delivery payment where the reimbursement shall be made by bank transfer to the account indicated by the Customer. In each case, the Customer will not incur any expenses related to the return.
Where there is a necessity to reimburse the payment for the transaction made by a credit card, the Seller shall return the payment to the Customer’s credit card account.

The Customer shall bear the direct costs of the goods return.
The Customer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
The Consumer shall have no right of withdrawal from distance and off-premises Sales Agreement if the subject of the Agreement is a Product made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized (custom-made Products, for example, from the material or in the size other that offered on the Store’s website).
The goods sold are new and free of defects. Should any defects occur, Nevrboard shall be liable for the defects.
Each Product purchased in the online Store nevrboard.com may be subject to complaint in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Civil Code relating to warranty, if a physical defect which does not comply with the Agreement is found within 2 years from the date of shipment of the Product to the Customer.
The claimed product should be sent to: Nevrboard Anna Palka, ul Akacjowa 5, 05-555 Tarczyn, Poland (with annotation: COMPLAINT).
For this purpose the reasons for the complaint and information necessary to identify the Order should be provided (e.g. Order number). A complaint can be submitted on the Complaint Protocol (available on the website) which can be printed and added to the returned product.
The complaints shall be handled not later than within 14 days from the date of the receipt of the claimed product. If a complaint is accepted, the Customer shall receive the repaired or replaced Product, and should it prove impossible, the Store shall reimburse the Customer the price equivalent to that paid for the Product or offer other products available in the Store.
Complaint is not legitimate if the reason of complaint are differences in appearance between the delivered and ordered goods presented on the Store’s website, that may result from different display settings of the screen.
The right to withdraw from the Agreement or warranty shall not apply if the products have been damaged mechanically. Therefore, it is very important that the Customer checks the condition of the packaging before accepting a delivery. If the packaging shows signs of damage, the delivery must not be received and returned immediately.
The Customers who are consumers are entitled to use out-of-court complaint and redress mechanisms, including the ODR platform in accordance with the Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 May 2013 on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes and amending Regulation (EC) No 2006/2004 and Directive 2009/22/EC (Regulation on consumer ODR). XI. Order cancelation.
The Customer can cancel the Order.
The Customer can cancel the Order by contacting us by phone, e-mail or contact form available on the website.
XII. Final provisions.
A fiscal receipt or VAT invoice shall be issued for each Order. Nevrboard bears no responsibility for any erroneous data provided by the Customer.
The Customer’s consent for the processing of personal data by Nevrboard under the Act of 29 August 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data (Journal of Laws of 2002 No. 101, item. 926 with amendments) is voluntary, however, lack of consent for the processing of personal data shall make the execution of the Agreement and Order impossible.
The administrator of the personal data is Nevrboard Anna Palka. In accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Data, providing personal data is voluntary and the Customer has the right to inspect their data, correct, modify or require it to be deleted.
Personal data is not transferred, sold or exchanged to other businesses for marketing purposes. The data is shared with other entities for the purpose of providing services related to the execution of the orders, e.g. courier companies.
Depending on the freely given consent, the e-mail address provided by the Customer will be used by the Administrator to address a free Newsletter with commercial information to the Customer by electronic mail under the Act of 18 July 2002 on Providing Services by Electronic Means Journal of Laws of 2013, item 1422 with amendments).
